Cord is intentionally small. The goal is a place where a date, a title, and a few useful paragraphs are enough.
The design stays out of the way, but the site is not a mockup anymore. Navigation goes somewhere, posts have permanent pages, and the subscribe flow responds when someone uses it.
That gives the blog a clean baseline: publish a note, group it under essays or skills, link to a tool when it is ready, and keep the whole thing easy to read.
